THE SPRING TEAMS ARE NOW PRACTICING OUTSIDE - BUT PRACTICES CAN BE MOVED INSIDE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION

ACADEMIC YEAR HOURS:

MONDAYS THRU THUSDAYS:
6 - 9am (weight room : 6 - 7:30am)
11am - 1pm (weight room : 11:30am - 12:30pm)
5:30 - 9pm (weight room - 5:30 - 8:30pm)

FRIDAYS:
6 - 9am (weight room : 6 - 7:30am)
11am - 1pm (weight room : 11:30am - 12:30pm)
5:30 - 7pm (weight room - 5:30 - 7pm)

SATURDAYS:
9am - 2pm (weight room - CLOSED)

SUNDAYS:
1 - 8pm (weight room - CLOSED)

The following items are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the field and track:
Chewing Gum
Sunflower Seeds
Beverages of Any Kind Other Than Water
Tobacco Products Of Any Kind
Glass Bottles or Containers
Spikes or Metal Cleats
Golf Clubs or Balls
Pets
Bicycles or Unapproved Vehicles
