Monday - Thursday:
6 - 9 a.m. (weight room 6 - 8 a.m.)
11 a.m. - 1 p.m. (weight room 12 - 1pm)
5:30 - 10pm (weight room 5:30 - 8:30pm)

Friday:
6 - 9 a.m. (weight room 6 - 8 a.m.)
11 a.m. - 1 p.m. (weight room 12 - 1pm)
5:30 - 8pm (weight room 5:30 - 8pm)

Saturday:
8am - 5pm (weight room 9 - 11am & 3 - 5pm)

Sunday:
12 - 8pm (weight room 5 - 7pm)
