
Jagielo was chosen to the 12-member second team in the District 7 College Division, which includes student-athletes from NCAA Division II and III, NAIA and two-year institutions. She was among four Iowa Conference honorees to land on the top two teams in the district.
Jagielo earned a double major in biology and nutrition & wellness and carried a 3.93 cumulative grade point average. She is a three-time Academic All-IIAC selection in both cross country and track and field. Jagielo was recipient of Cornell's Paul Maaske Award and Russell W. Landis Award this past academic year.
Jagielo excelled as a four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field. She is the school-record holder in the 3000-meter run and a member of the program's record-setting distance medley relay. Jagielo finished second in the 3000 steeplechase at the 2011 IIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. She was captain and No. 1 runner on the cross country team the past two seasons.
