MOUNT VERNON – Junior defender Tory Terbilcox (JR/Waunakee, Wis.) headlined three Cornell men's players named to the 2017 All-Midwest Lacrosse Conference Teams, it was announced Tuesday by the league office.

For the third consecutive year, Terbilcox landed a spot on the All-MLC Second Team. He was among three defenders selected to the 13-player unit.

Junior attacker AJ Fisher (JR/Elgin, Ill.) and junior midfielder Conor Hollowell (JR/Portland, Ore.) represented the Rams as honorable mention choices.

Terbilcox is Cornell's only three-time all-conference honoree in the program's brief history. The 6-foot-4 defensive anchor played all 15 matches for the Rams and finished sixth in the MLC with 29 caused turnovers. Terbilcox totaled 42 ground balls – ranking second on the team – and recorded one goal and one assist.

Terbilcox, the Rams' career leader with 67 caused turnovers, helped the team to a strong 5-2 start to the season. Cornell finished 7-8 overall, 3-5 in the MLC. The seven victories this spring topped the win total from the previous two seasons combined (6).

Fisher ranked sixth in the MLC with a team-high 39 goals and finished with 50 points, seventh in the league. The two-time all-conference performer netted six goals each in Cornell's lopsided victories over Fontbonne (19-5) and Concordia-Chicago (22-5).

Fisher dished 11 assists on the season and picked up 25 ground balls. His 63 total goals over two seasons are tied for most in program history.

Hollowell, also an honorable mention pick in 2015, was a key player at the midfield position. He delivered 21 goals and 11 assists, ranking fourth on the team with 32 points. Hollowell had 33 ground balls and seven caused turnovers.

Like Terbilcox, Hollowell has played in all 41 matches in Cornell's three-year history. He's registered 74 points and 56 goals as a Ram.
